The Draft Stitch Master Plan
The Stitch Master Plan presents a bold and vibrant vision and an implementation roadmap for a reconnected north Downtown Atlanta that represents decades of planning, community engagement, and stakeholder collaboration. To achieve this vision, the master plan recommends infrastructure, policies, and programs in the areas of parks and open space, sustainability, urban design, multimodal transportation, land use, real estate, /economic development, and affordable housing. A community equity lens was applied to each focus area to drive an approach that is inclusive of different community members.
